Instructions:

1) Make a hole in the front of your tissue box to make your worry monster’s mouth.

2) Cut some teeth for your monster out of card – they could be sharp monster teeth or silly, funny teeth - and stick them in the hole for its mouth. Your worry monster can have a friendly face or a scary one – it’s up to you and your child.

3) Decorate the outside of your monster with some tissue paper, paint, felt-tips, crayons or plastic-free glitter - it’s up to you!

4) Add some feelers on top of your monster using pipe cleaners and then stick on some googly eyes.

5) Get your child to write down things that are worrying them or tell you about them so you can write them down. Then feed the worries to the worry monster.
