This webinar provides information for parents, carers and family members to help them support children and young people when someone important to them has died. In this webinar we provide an opportunity to learn more about how children grieve and offer helpful suggestions for you and for your family.

Who is this training for?

This webinar is suitable for families or carers looking after children or young people who are bereaved or who are facing bereavement. Please note, this event is not suitable for children and is not for professionals.

What will I learn?

During this training, you will:

  • Learn about how children and young people grieve and their needs at different ages.

  • Look at what helps children and young people who are grieving.

  • Consider ways of looking after yourself.

  • Receive information about Child Bereavement UK and other support organisations, and resources available.
