Gower Peninsula Challenge | 18 - 19 July

Challenge yourself in the UK's first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty

Take on a 10km, 25km, 50km, 100km or marathon challenge! This challenge is set in the stunning Gower Peninsula, famous for its golden beaches, limestone cliffs, wild moors, ridges, and woodlands. Basecamp is in the grounds of the historic Penrice Castle, with weekend camping options, the 100km challenge is a figure of 8 route made up of west and east loops which take in the best of the Peninsula, its history, and its varied, unique landscape.

I decided to fundraise for Child Bereavement UK so that others can receive help when they are faced with the most turbulent times of their lives.

Fundraising options

There are three ways to take on the challenge, registration fees range from £15 to £199 and fundraising targets vary.

Full sponsorship for charity

You pay a low registration fee and have a minimum fundraising target. The charity covers your event place cost. Please select 'Child Bereavement UK' when you complete your registration.

Mixed funding for charity

You pay half the registration fee and the charity pays the remainder. You have a smaller minimum fundraising target.

When you complete your registration form and choose a charity, please select * OTHER * on the list and then add 'Child Bereavement UK'.

Own place charity fundraising

You pay full event place cost when you register and there is no minimum fundraising requirement.
