2026 Our animated film, Room for an elephant was a finalist in the Charity Film Awards.

2025 Our animated film, What is grief? was a finalist in the Charity Film Awards. Our animated film Room for an elephant was awarded a Special Mention in the Mental Health category of the Big Syn International Film Festival and was chosen as a finalist at the 2025 Piccadilly Lights Spotlight Prize.

2024 Our animated film, What is grief? was awarded a Special Mention in the Mental Health category of the Big Syn International Film Festival. Our animated film, Remembering someone special who has died won gold in the People’s Choice in the £2.5-£5m charity income category at the Charity Film Awards.  Child Bereavement UK and UK Live won the Outstanding Partnership Award at the EMMA Awards. Our Communications Team won the 'Team of the Year' category at the CharityComms Inspiring Communicator Awards

2023 Our animated film, The Invisible Suitcase was joint winner in the Mental Health Charity Films category at the Big Syn International Film Festival. Accredited as a Living Wage Employer by the Living Wage Foundation (March 2023). Our animated film Puddle Jumping won Silver in the £500k-£5m charity income category at the Charity Film Awards. Shortlisted in the 2023 BETT awards in the Wellbeing, Digital Wellnesss and Safeguarding Resources category for the Child Bereavement UK Toolkit produced in partnership with London Grid for Learning.  Achieved the internationally recognised ISO 9001 Quality Management System accreditation for the quality improvement of businesses, evidencing our commitment to continual improvement to achieve a high standard of service.

2022 Our animated film The Invisible Suitcase Animation won bronze in the People’s Choice Awards in the £500k-£5m charity income category at the Charity Film Awards The Child Bereavement UK Toolkit for schools, produced in partnership with the London Grid for Learning, was the winner in the Free Resources category at the Education Resources Awards (era)

2020 GO Awards UK National 2020 - NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde bereavement service was Highly Commended in the Best Service Micro and Small Businesses and Third Sector Organisations category.

2019 BMA Patient Information Awards 2019 for our resource for parents: When your baby dies Charity Film of the Year, Charity Film Awards, for our One More Minute campaign Shortlisted for North West Charity Winner in the Best Service – Micro and Small Business and Third Sector Organisations category at the Government Opportunities (GO) Awards Excellence in Public Procurement Awards Scotland.
