    Who is this training for?

    This introductory training is suitable for workplace colleagues.

    What will I learn?

    During this training, you will:

    • Gain an understanding of the thoughts, feelings and behaviours that accompany grief.

    • Consider helpful ways to talk with and support bereaved colleagues.

    • Identify ways of looking after yourself and recognise why this is important.

    • Receive information about Child Bereavement UK and other support organisations, and resources available. 

    There will be an opportunity to ask questions during the webinar using the Q&A function.
