Who is this training for? This is an introductory course for workplace colleagues who work alongside colleagues who have been affected by pregnancy loss or the death of a baby. Separate training for HR professionals is also available. What will I learn? During this training, you will: Explore the impact of pregnancy loss or the death of a baby. Gain an understanding of the thoughts, feelings and behaviours that accompany grief. Consider helpful ways to talk with and support bereaved colleagues. Identify ways of looking after yourself and recognise why this is important. Receive information about Child Bereavement UK and other similar support organisations, and resources available. There will be an opportunity to ask questions during the webinar using the Q&A function.
