You might feel something called shock when someone has died. Feeling frozen in time or confused about how you feel is normal too. If you didn’t feel shocked, that’s okay, you can write or draw about a different feeling. Download the worksheet

Write about your alien feelings. These might be feelings that already exist (anger, sadness, hope) or they might be completely new and unique to you. Download the worksheet

A ‘milestone’ could be an anniversary of your person’s death, your/their birthday, making a new friend, going to a party. Try to name how you feel and what might help you. Download the worksheet
Your family, friends, things you enjoyed doing may have changed or stayed the same, both are okay. Think about how things were before and how they are now. Download the worksheet
Your grief might not feel like it gets any smaller, but your life and experiences around it will get bigger. Think about the special people and good things in your life. Download the worksheet
