Support for grieving children

If someone important to you has died, you might be feeling lots of different things. Feeling sad? Confused? Angry? Or maybe you’ve been feeling good sometimes? That’s all okay. You’re not alone. 

We are Child Bereavement UK and we’re here to help you to understand and manage your grief and feelings. Below you will find activities, including the Grief Galaxy, experiences from other grieving children and advice from our bereavement specialists. 

If you'd like to speak to someone about your grief, our team of bereavement specialists are available to speak with right away, no need to book an appointment or join a wait list. You're welcome to reach our as much as you need. Support is available between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays). If you're not quite ready to connect immediately with a bereavement specialist, or you're unsure which service is right for you, click the button below and fill in the form.

Please reach out to a trusted adult, such as a parent, carer or teacher, if you need help to complete the form. After you send your form, our bereavement team will look at it carefully. they'll check all the information you've provided to decide how best to help and guide you towards support that fits with your unique needs.
